She might be guilty of professional misconduct, in which case she could lose her job, but this quite simply is not a criminal matter.

Preschool teacher in Hawaii accidentally gave her children Pine-Sol instead of apple juice Strange and scary. How could anyone make such a mistake? Hopefully this doesn't lead to a trend on YouTube where kids attempt "The Pine-Sol Challenge."
