Wild Horse & Burro Adoption at the Norco George Ingalls Event
The BLM usually gets involved in lots of interesting events around here. Donkeys get rounded up and auctioned off on a regular basis to keep their numbers down. I know the BLM isn't all that popular, but their presence is hard to ignore.

CactusHugger: This is bound to be an extremely unpopular, but highly viewed topic. The BLM is scorned by practically everyone I know and those who don't hate the BLM tend to have a neutral at best attitude towards them. That's not to say that some of what they do isn't good and that a lot of what they do is necessary, but few people have fond feelings towards the BLM!

Feinstein to Carry New Desert Conservation Act
This proposal includes some extensions in Panamint Valley, Death Valley, and if I'm looking at the maps right here in Searles Valley too.
U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., released a discussion draft Thursday of the California Desert Conservation and Recreation Act, a bill Feinstein will introduce in January when the new Congress convenes. The bill builds on Feinstein’s historic California Desert Protection Act, which became law in 1994. The new legislation is designed to protect additional land and help manage California’s desert resources by carefully balancing conservation, recreation and renewable energy development.

Looks like Feinstein is at it again. Ain't it about time for that old witch to retire? She's already set half the state aside as designated wilderness. It's like her greatest ambition in life is to make as much of the desert as possible inaccessible to the people who live here. Somebody please give that witch a broom and tell her to fly away to the moon and to never return!

BLM to offer wild burros for adoption
Another chance to acquire that pet burro you've always wanted!!!
The Bureau of Land Management has readied 12 wild burros caught in the Pahrump Valley for adoption, tentatively scheduled for Jan. 26. The captured burros, or wild donkeys, range in age from a few months to approximately 12 years.

Militia Groups Standoff With Federal Agents That Miner Doesn't Want :roll2:
Another tense standoff involving the BLM? Looks like the "Oathkeepers" are eager for some action... a little too eager, perhaps...

Twitter Trolls Oregon Militia
In another video TYT tried to compare this peaceful protest in Oregon involving the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) to the violent and destructive demonstrations in Missouri awhile back. That's a pretty stupid comparison if you ask me. I'm not saying that this situation up in Oregon in justifiable, but it's several times less ridiculous than the many public disruptions created by the BLM (Black Lives Matter) movement.
