Sex abuse hysteria has resulted in lots of false accusations. We need due process now more than ever!

Chappelle's Show - R. Kelly's "Piss on You" Video
Okay, so maybe some people accused of sexual infractions are guilty...

It seems highly probable that R. Kelly is guilty of the accusations made against him, but he is fully entitled to due process. How much of the case against him is hype and how much of it is legitimate is difficult to figure out based on the biased news reports we have been subjected to and so INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY applies as much here as it would in any case!

David Bowie and Rock ‘n’ Roll’s Statutory Rape Problem :roll2:
Underage sex is one of those things that doesn't make my top twenty list of social problems and so I'm not really impressed by this. None of this lowers my respect and admiration for Bowie or Page even a tiny bit. Both supposedly had sex with a fourteen-year-old girl, but not at the same time. That would be gross!
“He walked me through his bedroom and into the bathroom, where he dropped his kimono. He got into the tub, already filled with water, and asked me to wash him. Of course I did. Then he escorted me into the bedroom, gently took off my clothes, and de-virginized me.”

There's also this about Don Henley:
Eagles drummer and vocalist Don Henley was arrested in 1980 in Los Angeles and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor after paramedics were called to his home to save a naked 16-year-old girl who was overdosing on cocaine and Quaaludes.

Some people get their panties all tied up in knots over this thing, but anyone who has time to obsess over something as insignificant as this truly needs to get a life!

Parents who fail to properly supervise their children can't really complain. Most parents would never allow anything like this to happen to begin with.

Lawyers and MSM Team Up To FRAME Alex Jones with Pizza :poop:
Not only do people frame other people with child porn, but people frame people for trying to frame them. The sexual grievance industry has been spinning out of control for years, but now it's went to an even further extreme! We are living in CLOWN WORLD!

Sex crime charges dropped against Kevin Spacey
We as a society waste a lot of money on trials involving trivial charges related to sexual activity. I would like to see the bar raised not just a little before my money is spent investigating and prosecuting petty sex crimes. Another good idea would be to have a very short period during which a person can report an alleged sex crime. The statute of limitation should be a few months at most. That would save a lot of money on this garbage!

sandman: Drastically shortened reporting periods would be a very good idea. It makes no sense for someone to be able to claim that a sexual infraction occurred ten years after the alleged event. How does one defend oneself against such an accusation? Ultimately, it's a waste of time and money and most of that money is paid by hardworking taxpayers who don't want to foot the bill for this kind of nonsense!

I agree with a statute of limitations on murder because the victims are unable to testify but there should be one on sex crimes, (isn't there already?) especially for adults. This business of waiting till someone has been appointed to political office or becomes famous and then reporting them is shameful. That being said Kevin Spacey gives me the creeps!
